I’ve lost about 30 pounds since February by tracking my macros and maintaining a calorie deficit. I want to start adding in exercise, but I’m wondering how that would affect my daily intake. I have a BMR of around 2000, I shoot for 1500 calories or less a day to maintain my deficit. So if I were to burn 300 calories on the treadmill, would I then need to add 300 calories to my intake for the day to avoid an extreme deficit?
For reference I am F21 5’8” SW:265 CW:231
