I made a bang bang chicken sauce that was to die for. So I cut up two chicken breasts into small chicken nugget pieces and used cornstarch for the flour. Used vegetable oil to pan fry.. we never do this I think the last time I fried at home in oil was 2020, so it was a treat for hubs and I because the sauce was ✨amazing.✨ I weighed the chicken and how much I ate, tried to divide the amount of cornstarch I used by the portions(I probably got that wrong but did my best) but the oil idk how to determine that, like should I track I just consumed 3tbsp of oil, cause how much I put in and how much I drained out, the difference was small, less than 1/8th of a cup. But idk, it wasn’t the healthiest but it was so good, the sides of broccoli I ate helped curb some of how much I wanted to eat in the first place. But idk how to track that part of it.. help? Suggestions?
