Day 4! It has been a busy day for this loser. I hope you’ve all had a lovely day & are feeling fabulous! Onto goals!
Log before I eat everything & aim for more fruit, vegetable & pre/probiotic foods for my tummy health: On it today. Overnight oats, a probiotic drink with brekkies, a salad with a bunch of different veggies & black beans.
Calorie goal 1800-2000: On it today! 1950 ish.
Exercise five days a week: TBD. 3/4 days, 1/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Haven’t had time for either today but am planning to journal before bed. 4/4 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: Gonna read some post replies after this. Thank you all again for so many nice comments. Y’all are melting my black little heart.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for access to mental healthcare & for having a window in my office, with a blooming tree. So many birds & squirrels.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Therapy appointment, I also procured myself some chocolate covered strawberries. A small number of them because I know me & I'm living that CICO life. Delicious in moderation.
