Hello Loseit folks!
Day 3! I’m still reeling that it’s May but that’s okay! Let’s talk goals!
Log before I eat everything & aim for more fruit, vegetable & pre/probiotic foods for my tummy health: On it today. Going to have a big salad for dinner. Adding white miso paste to stir fry really bumped the flavor up.
Calorie goal 1800-2000: On it today! 1950 ish.
Exercise five days a week: 45 minutes of cardio. 3/3 days, 1/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Haven’t had time for either today but am planning to journal after dinner. 2/2 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: Gonna read some post replies after this.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for Fuzzy’s tacos. Damn fine fajita salad & all the calorie info is posted. A CICO devotee’s delight.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: Shower & skin care routine & in bed by 9. I slept badly last night & need to let myself rest.
