just a mini rant lol. a lot of my favorite foods are so high in fat - avocado/guacamole, nuts and seeds, nut butters, dark chocolate, coconut, etc. i know some people are satisfied with a 2tbs serving of peanut butter, but i feel like i could eat a whole jar in a day and still want more the next day. pbfit is okay, but doesn't quite hit the same.
in an alternate universe where nuts are low cal, i'd be a skinny skinny legend.
