Water weight?

4 days ago I was weighting in at 180 this morning i weighted in at 12 pounds heavier 192, I haven’t went over my daily calorie goal of 1500 weighting and logging everything I put into my body with a scale and the lose it app. I have been taking in abit more salt to keep my electrolytes up. Doing a low carb type of diet and also had a slice a pizza yesterday which fit into my 1500 for the day. I walk for 45 minutes briskly an evening which is new as of the past 3 days. But I also do cardio every morning for 45 minutes very vigorously. I’ve been doing the cardio for awhile though. So I’m wondering with the extra salt and new walking regime In the evening am I retaining a lot of water weight atm?

Edit: I’ve also been doing 6/18 IF for the past three weeks not sure if that matters
