5 months ago, my husband said that I’ve gained weight and was concerned. Shortly after that conversation, I decided to eat clean and workout 5 days a week. Now he’s saying that I can stop losing weight.

Earlier this year, my husband and I were talking. I told him about how unhappy I was about my body. He even said that he noticed that I’ve gained weight. I was a 5’3”, 29f weighing 202 pounds.

After that conversation, I joined CrossFit and started eating clean. I’ve grown to fall in love with CrossFit. I’m now 15 pounds down in weight but I know that I’ve lost quite a bit of fat and gained muscle.

Today, my husband said that he thinks that I don’t need to lose any more weight. I think he’s concerned about me losing my “thick” figure, even though I’m still obese. I still want to keep going as I’ve been loving my results and have grown more confident in my body.

Anyone else had this problem?
