Vacation in two days and I didn’t reach my goal :(

I go on holiday in two days and I did not reach my goal I set out to reach at the beginning of February due to a number of reasons. Instead I just fluctuated between the same 5lbs over and over again and this week was my birthday so I now probably weigh even more than I did before as I have over indulged so much :( my boyfriend also took a picture of me when we were celebrating my birthday and I had no idea how big I actually look and this is making me feel even worse 😞

I just feel sad I couldn’t stick to a goal and now I will be insecure on my holiday :( I know I can’t lose any weight in two days, but is there anything I can do to try and be slightly better in shape. Like for example, the best way to de bloat after eating a lot of junk food? And is it worth going to the gym tomorrow for a pre holiday workout, despite not being consistent for the past two weeks? I am hoping to whilst on holiday to walk a lot and not over do it with eating. Any help please! :(
