I was doing so well! Hitting the gym every day and on par with my eating including over a busy party weekend then Monday hit and I got a craving for pizza and it’s been over eating since and no gym as I have zero energy. I have so much guilt and feel like I’ve gained back all my weight. I know I haven’t and it’s most likely bloat but I feel gross as hell.
I know I’ll bounce right back into my regimen but how do you cope with the mental guilt?
