Hello fabulous friends,
Day 11. It’s been a tough one for me but I’m still here striving. I hope you’ve all had a lovely day full of victories & fuzzy stuff.
Log before I eat everything & aim for more fruit, vegetable & pre/probiotic foods for my tummy health: New fridge, almost nothing in it. I did have oatmeal & a lovely salad for lunch. I love a restaurant that will make a fancy salad to go.
Calorie goal 1800-2000: Yesterday, I went to Taco Bell for dinner. And I stayed within my calorie goal. Proud of me because fast food is usually where a binge lives for me. This evening I will also need to go procure dinner because fridge debacle. The local Mexican restaurant has a lovely fajita salad, I think I'll go with that.
Exercise five days a week: I'm just too fecking exhausted. I was up at 415 this morning & when I hadn’t fallen back asleep by 445, I just got up. 6/11 days, 2/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Have journaled, haven’t played the Switch today. 11/11 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: I'm going to go read some comments & feel warm fuzzies about how you’re all here chasing goals with me.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for my therapist & family of choice, including my kitty.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I’m going to shower & do all the skincare. I have new face masks too. I also just finished up a rough therapy session too. Ah self care that makes you cry.
