Day 6! I hope you’re all feeling great about your day & month so far! Let’s talk goals!
Log before I eat everything & aim for more fruit, vegetable & pre/probiotic foods for my tummy health: On it today. I had a probiotic drink & a salad for lunch.
Calorie goal 1800-2000: On it today! 2000 ish. If I feel I need to I may do maintenance today.
Exercise five days a week: Lots of walking today & vigorous chores with lift & carry happening. 4/6 days, 1/8 yoga, 0/8 punchy.
Journal for two minutes before playing my Switch: Journaled & I'd like to make some time to check in on my animal crossing buddies this evening. 6/6 days.
Engage with the lose it folks: I’m going to read some replies after this post.
Today's gratitude list: Today, I'm grateful for having some me time built into today. Also, 90 Day Fiance for the endless entertainment I've had. Pillow talk maybe the best version of that show.
Random self-care action I want to conquer today: I’m doing a face mask & bath before bed. For real this time!
