I have been taking phentermine for over 3 weeks, I stopped because I wasn't getting enough sleep nor my heart rate would go down. I decided to lose weight naturally I just had a problem of binge eating. So Its been 2 weeks off of it and I have constipation from this. I have tried chia seeds/smoothies/ probiotics/fiber and tons and tons or water and work out 4 to 5 times a week, and nothing seems to get my bowl movement back to normal. Has anyone else experienced this problem with this? Or does this going away? Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
