I've been an a food bender lately. Started working out harder and I was so hungry! My executive dysfunction kicked in and I have pretty much forgotten what I used to eat. I eat mostly carbs, peanut butter pretzels and English muffins, all day. I see my face getting puffier and I feel like crap, which makes everything worse. I want out of this rut.
Any advice or encouragement would help. I know tomorrow is a brand new day and I can do this, just need inspiration honestly.
