I cannot stand the feeling of doing strength exercises. Anything with lifting etc., I just hate it. I also have asthma and chronic back pain which just makes it even more unpleasant. I'm not trying to make excuses to people I don't know. If I simply didn't WANT to do it then I'd admit that too.
I'm 5'4 and 58kg. I look fat and disgusting. I can't look in a mirror without freaking out.
Can I fix the way i look by dieting? I also ride my bike pretty much daily unless the weather is bad and don't sit at all but move a lot at work.
(I went from 78 kg to 53 but then gained 5kg again and kept it stable for years)
