What was the point you realized you needed to make a change? What steps helped you the most?

Saw a photo of myself that was taken for work today and sat there crying for over an hour realizing I need to make a positive change for my physical and mental health.

For context, I’m a 32 year old, 5’6 female, current weight 246 lbs, up until a few years ago I would fluctuate between 155 and 185, lose the weight and pick up bad habits again. Between two miscarriages over the last 4 years, the pandemic, other life stresses I guess somewhere down the line I stopped taking care of myself.

Ready to prioritize my wellness and learn better habits as I cannot keep going down this path. Looking for inspiration, similar stories, or tips!
