Hey friends! I joined my local gym the other day in hopes of dropping hopefully about 30lbs before my wedding (which will be sometime in the winter). I’m fairly certain I can meet that goal with the help of a gym. However, I have not been to a gym in YEARS and I’m so nervous that I’m going to make a fool of myself trying to figure out the equipment. I typically have a pretty good self-image, but for some reason this situation is making me feel especially vulnerable. If anyone has any tips on overcoming this fear, I would appreciate you sharing it with me. Tysm :)
