I (32F) am the heaviest I’ve ever been and finally kicked my butt into gear to finally lose the weight. I’ve been trying to have the focus/motivation/confidence to start and it’s taken a few years, but I’m finally back into it.
I’ve already lost 2.5 lbs— I know probably half of that is water weight, but I feel so happy I could cry. I’m seeing progress for the first time in years and it feels completely sustainable. I’m doing Weight Watchers and riding my bike to the community pool and swimming for an hour 3x a week. I’m not hungry at night. I don’t feel burnt out. I even celebrated Cinco De Mayo with way too much tequila and Mexican food and I STILL lost!
Anyway. I’m just over the moon right now and wanted to share my victory!!!
