M 55 6'0" CW: 347 SW: 349 GW:225. Been overweight most of my life and finally turned it around, dropping from 379 (my highest weight ever) eight years ago to 239 one year later, keeping to a very regimented high protein low carb diet, hitting the weights hard in the early early mornings 5 days a week (before my 1.5 hour commutes to work), solid lunchtime walks with steep inclines & declines, doing 1 or 2 strength training/HIIT/ tabata classes most evenings and Saturday mornings. Since then it's pretty much fallen apart, with my weight drifiting back all the way up to 366 at the beginning of the year, virtually no exercise of any kind with several new health issues including lower back problems, diverticulosis, allergies to eggs and dairy, all pretty much keeping me from "you know how to do it, just do it again". No idea how I somehow drifted back down to 349 when I reset my loseit and fitbit accounts back on Monday (5/1) in order to try to make a new start but still feeling defeated, frustrated, and hopeless with no real clue as to how I'm ever going to get back to where I want to be.
TL: DR - lost 140 pounds several years ago, regained most of it back and have no idea how to get started again (old methods won't work for me)
