Recently i have been going to the gym for the first time and i noticed that i lost a lot of weight in specific areas but the weight scale says that either i lost less then what i thought or i somehow gained more weight even though when i look in the mirror i can tell the weight different via my thighs because that's where most of the fat is is but my weight scale is still the same. I keep thinking to myself am i making progress or not and seeing my weight increase without body change demotivates me to do anything and i feel like its all for nothing because i really wanted change to happen etc sorry if i sound sad.
