Hello, everyone!
I'm 5'9 currently sitting at 220~ pounds with a goal of 180, possibly less. I probably won't post daily weigh-ins, but preferably a weekly average. I hope you're all doing well on your respective journeys. It's a struggle and it's unfortunately not a 1 way-down kind of lifestyle change. Your weight will likely jump around like a stock price, but it's a part of it. You'll eat like a bird for three days and gain weight, or maybe even binge and lose a pound. Despite this, never forget the reason you started. Don't lose two pounds and gain twelve. I'm potentially going to try to post every day, hopefully no less than every other day. How's your journey going? What's slowing you down? What's keeping you going?
