19 year old, 1.95(6"5) and 142kg(313 pounds), any tips especially regarding best food choices?

I'm 19, turning 20 later this year. As you can see in the title I'm severly overweight, and want to drop it. This is the highest I've been after dropping from 133 to 112 and going back up.. Do you guys have any food advice on what to eat for example with breakfast & lunch(can't really decide on dinner yet due to living with parents)? I don't really struggle with activity and consider myself fairly fit for this weight and I'm resubscribing to the gym & play table tennis twice a week. I mainly struggle with food, so any advice is welcome
