What is your safe "little treat" that you keep handy?

Hey there, I've always used volume eating to help with a balanced approach to losing weight/building muscle. I find that having things I do not have to restrict alongside things I do have to restrict is the best way for me to do this sustainably.

For example, I always measure larger carbs/fats/protein, but if I add something like sauteed mushrooms, cucumbers to a salad, or microgreens, I always lets myself have "as much as I want". The vast majority of the time, I add a reasonable amount (no one wants 2 lbs of microgreens), but if I have a day that is particularly hard, it's nice to be able to add in a huge amount of something to "splurge" without actually adding any significant amount of calories.

In line with this, I like to have a variety of "little treats" to have in case a day comes up that feels harder than usual. Right now, this is an afternoon coffee or tea with 1/3 or 1/4 of a Premiere protein shake, with a splenda. The shake is creamy, and makes the coffee feel more like a latte, but only adds about 40 calories to my day (and mostly protein at that). Is the splenda great for me? No, but that's why it's a little treat, and not every afternoon.

What "little treats" do you use that keep you on your fitness path without derailing you too much?
