How to push yourself harder during workouts? 🔥

I’m currently on a fitness journey..

I know working out is important but when I do my workouts I always end up feeling like

  • I could’ve done better

  • I didn’t push myself as hard as I know I can

  • I’m no where near my limit

  • I didn’t get a good workout in

Cardio is the hardest for me. My issues are:

  • I’m always out of breath

  • Every time I feel out of breath I always pause/take a break which makes me feel like I’m not getting a good workout in so sometimes I completely quit

  • I can’t complete workouts because I’m so tired and out of breath from all the jumping, running, etc..

  • my form is bad. Some of the workouts I do are on YouTube and I play them on the tv screen. When I do the workouts I feel like I’m so off and I can barely keep up with the moves the person is doing. Especially on dance cardio videos.

Can I please have some tips on how to:

  • actually COMPLETE workouts

  • stop being out of breath

  • keep going even when you’re tired or when it’s hard

  • stop always taking a break

  • workout for a long period of time without stopping

  • push yourself to the limit

It’s so hard and I really want to push myself so I can get better workouts in ☹️. It’s really discouraging when I feel like I can’t get a good workout in so I feel like I’m not burning enough calories..

I’m tired of giving up so easily at every minor inconvenience.

Does it ever get easier ?? 😂

Please give me some advice 😅!
