I’m currently on a fitness journey..
I know working out is important but when I do my workouts I always end up feeling like
-
I could’ve done better
-
I didn’t push myself as hard as I know I can
-
I’m no where near my limit
-
I didn’t get a good workout in
Cardio is the hardest for me. My issues are:
-
I’m always out of breath
-
Every time I feel out of breath I always pause/take a break which makes me feel like I’m not getting a good workout in so sometimes I completely quit
-
I can’t complete workouts because I’m so tired and out of breath from all the jumping, running, etc..
-
my form is bad. Some of the workouts I do are on YouTube and I play them on the tv screen. When I do the workouts I feel like I’m so off and I can barely keep up with the moves the person is doing. Especially on dance cardio videos.
Can I please have some tips on how to:
-
actually COMPLETE workouts
-
stop being out of breath
-
keep going even when you’re tired or when it’s hard
-
stop always taking a break
-
workout for a long period of time without stopping
-
push yourself to the limit
It’s so hard and I really want to push myself so I can get better workouts in ☹️. It’s really discouraging when I feel like I can’t get a good workout in so I feel like I’m not burning enough calories..
I’m tired of giving up so easily at every minor inconvenience.
Does it ever get easier ?? 😂
Please give me some advice 😅!
