Hi guys, before you gonna say that "you can't spot your belly fat" so yeah, i knew that and im losing a weight at the moment but i can't see my result, im on calories deficit 2100cal per day, eating all healthy, my macros are:
150g-100g protein
200+ carbs
70g fat
I don't have time for intermittent fasting, because my job can't let me do that (im business owner)
This is my training routine:
Day 1: Legs/triceps + cardio on 30min. (battle rope, sled pushing, tire flip, HIIT)
Day 2: running around a town 5km (if raining so im gonna do cardio on 30min.)
Day 3: Chest/back + cardio on 30min. (battle rope, sled pushing, tire flip, HIIT)
Day 4: Rest
Day 5: Biceps/forearms/shoulders + cardio on 30min. (battle rope, sled pushing, tire flip, HIIT)
Day 6: runnign around a town 5km (if raining so im gonna do cardio on 30min.)
Day 7: Legs/triceps + cardio on 30min. (battle rope, sled pushing, tire flip, HIIT)
Day 8: Rest
etc....
Supplements im using Citrulline and glutamina + vitamins every day, whey proteins after workout or on a brekfast and BCAA pills before and after workout
Drinking a water at least 2 litre per day (on workout days 3 litre+)
Im sleeping around 6h-8h (depends on day because im pretty busy with my work)
Cheat meal i have one per month (i can't eat much a fastfoods or sweets, it makes me vomiting, maybe my stomach used to on healthy food)
