I struggle with my eatinghabits since literally ever. I gained a lot of weight due to overeating and I want to stop it. I want to eat normal so I can be halthy. But... I don't really know what "normal" means. I overeat or undereat. So I really want to know what "normal" means. So how many slices of (german multigrain malt) bread would be normal? One slice is 50~60gramms. I don't want to count the calories since I am tending to restrict my cal intake. I want to know what a normal person would eat. 2 or 3 Slices? My feeling for being full is disordered so I can't orientate myself on it.
