Hello again darling losers,
I need some encouragement. Maybe some tough love. Idk. I (27F 103kg) have been on my weight loss journey for only a short period of time and thought a full blood test would knock some motivation into me. I got the results back today and whilst they’re not tragic, they still hurt my feelings lol my cholesterol is high and I’m showing early signs of fatty liver. I’m embarrassed.
I basically would like to hear from those who have reversed these issues with their eating. I’m trying to better my eating habits, but tbh I just don’t like cooking. Hit me with your lazy but healthy dinners please! I’d like to know I’m not alone :(
