Trying to lose it... with 0 energy at all

Hey everyone, i made a post about two weeks ago on this sub saying id get started trying to lose some weight and fat on me, and so far i honestly havent done much of anything. watching my eating isnt hard for me to do, but when it comes to working out, after school and work i have no energy in my all or no motivation to get my ass up moving (i know eating is important but i want to get a bit stronger along the way). after school and work i kinda just want to sleep and relax, but my brain knows i need to get moving, and my body doesnt agree. ive lost large amounts of weight in my life before, but i had spite as my motivation just to beat those other people. now, im a lot more mellowed out and really dont have that in me. i dont know if its something wrong with me or if anyone else here has fet the same way, but any advice or help as to what to do could help me a lot
