So the lockdown in our country was finally lifted 2 weeks ago, and i went back to training. I'm aiming for 4 times a week (just like before the lockdown), but due to the reservation system some weeks it will only be 2 or 3 times.
While i'm still a beginner, i do have some experience with cutting (went from 85kg to 75kg 2 years ago, with low-carb/keto). Now i "only" gained 2kg during the lockdown, i wanted to try and crash those 2kg's hard. Not necessarily with low-carb/keto, but just a large calory deficit.
I'm a 30 year old male, 1.82m and currently weighing about 76,5kg. I wanted to see if i could make a quick cut to 75kg but it's not going as fast as i like. I'm currently eating about 1.600-1.700 Kcal a day (and starving lol). But on a daily basis, i'm at around 150gr Carbs a day (and about 130gr Protein).
Do you think 150gr Carbs is too much to cut fast for my needs? Or what am i doing wrong?
