So I’ve fallen slightly off the wagon

I don’t know what to do with myself. I had myself on track for a while (like 3-4 months) & lost at least 13 pounds. I was eating in a calorie deficit & going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week. I had to take a break because situations changed with my kids & while I have been maintaining my weight, my muscles have started losing the tone I had gained.

How can I start my motivation to get back on track? I want to get back into a calorie deficit because it really worked for me & also want to restart going back to the gym. What is anyone’s best advice?

I’m 24, and have had 3 children. I’m 5’1”, & 206 lbs. my very starting weight was 222! When I started my calorie deficit I was eating 1700-1800 calories and noticed a steady drip weight (about .5-1 pounds per week).

I also would like to see any other suggestions anyone would have on foods to incorporate in my deficit plan, & what specific exercises at the gym could help me target my tummy, butt, & legs (as these are where my main issues are).

I’m tired of feeling big all the time and looking at myself in the mirror and hating myself every day. My diet also currently keeps making my face breakout & because my thighs are thicker, the humidity is giving me awful heat rashes. I need to rein this in before I hate myself anymore than I do. I just want to feel better
