Trigger foods

I'm unsure if this is the right place maybe it needs to be in r/fitness but here it goes.

I've lost 65lbs in the last year, I'm pretty sure I'm at my base weight and as I'm getting stronger. I exercise 4-6 times a week so my body still seems to slowly be losing fat but I'm getting more down to the nitty gritty.

I've been on a 16-8 fast and have no real trouble staying on this routine, eating my normal diet and am pretty happy. That is until certain items I either place infront of myself, or surrounded by. Pizza and baked goods (sweets, buns don't matter). I'll avoid buying pizza at all cost now that I've acknowledged it or I'll make myself a small one at home. Otherwise I'll eat until there's none. Baked goods? I'll eat in an entire sitting thousands of calories worth of baked goods. Extra large pizza, I'll eat until I'm sick. Then finish it later. Obviously I don't buy these items but if coworkers bring in donuts and there's a half dozen leftover I'll eat them all back to back.

Anyone have tips and tricks to not have this happen?
