Sorry if this has been covered before! But ever since socialising has been allowed again in England, my daily calories are all over the place. My aim is 1600 per day (around a 500 deficit) and if I'm just left to myself I'm easily able to do between 1400-1600. If someone comes over and opens a bottle of wine? Not so easy.
I don't have a problem with alcohol, and I don't binge eat any more, I'm just so damn excited to see my friends again. I'm drinking substantially less than I was before I started losing weight, and regularly chose a non alcoholic option when I go out, so I've made a lot of positive changes but don't want to cut it out completely.
So my question is - if my weekly average is 1600 calories, will I lose weight at the same rate as if I was eating 1600 a day?
