I (f/23) have a question, I‘ve hit a Plateau a few months back and now I‘ve lost weight. The thing is I got injured last week so I couldn‘t work out and tbh I did not count calories this week either and I know for a fact that I ate more then my deficit should be but I finally lost weight again (1 kg/2,2 lbs) and I am so confused why! Because before that I stuck to my routine of working out 5x a week and eating 1789 kcal a day. Does anyone of you why this happend?
PS: I am also really happy about that, because I maybe finally broke my Plateau!
