I was able to piggy back my 35 pounds (15.8kg) child for a kilometer after a long walk

So my child has been my workout partner since I started trying to lose weight. I invested in a baby carrier and I would walk everywhere with my child strapped to me. Every since my child could walk they have been my hiking partner. Now that they are three years old they can pretty much keep up to me but sometimes my child gets tired and I would piggy back them for a short while until I got tired or sore.

Yesterday I set a new record for longest piggy back I've done. I walked a a full kilometer yesterday with my child on my back. I had one person comment that I was a little too small (I'm only 5 foot tall or 1.5 meters and my child is over 3 foot tall or 0.9 meters). I always get comments that I'm too small to lift and carry things and I love proving those people wrong.

On another note I need to start doing workouts to strengthen my abdominal area but I have nerve damage from my c section scar and it's very painful to do any sort of abdominal exercise for any period of time. My family doctor says there is nothing that can be done about the pain.
