Please give me some effective tips on how to maintain the weight during a month long vacation and after being in a strict calorie deficit for 3 years.

I'm continuing with my diet but I'll be visiting home for the whole month of August. I've always come back from the holidays even with 20 pounds more, I'm now eating very little but although people say it's not safe to be around 1k calories a day, my body has never had problems and it's been 3 years so I can survive on that before anyone starts criticizing. The problem is that when I go home (I'm from Italy) there's always SO MUCH food around because in my house they just eat a ton, that's how it is and I find myself still struggling terribly not to binge when I see food reason why my pantry is always empty. I don't binge because I don't buy lol. Also.. Beer. When I hang out with my friends we have at least 2 beers per night. Can you give me some effective tips on how to limit the damage? I'm 4 pounds away from my goal weight and I just don't wanna panic seeing the scale go up. I'm literally terrified of going back home because of food.
