Hi! I decide to share my NSV because I’m so proud of myself. I’m 5’3 woman CW :216.9 Sw: 222 and GW:150(or until I’m comfortable.) I’m so so excited because i really committed to the goals i have for myself and none of them are based around weight. I’ve been drinking a half gallon of water. I try to keep my carbs low and i make sure i walk...EVERYDAY. Seeing as though this is the first seven days and I’ve accomplished all those goals a week straight i think I’m doing damn good!
In this next 30 days i plan to keep this up but only doing half the amount of steps on the seventh day of the week. I can post the link!
