I need both some help and motivation

Before Covid I weighed my ideal weight of around 200 - 210 pounds as a 6ft 5 male. However, as most people have probably had, since then I have gained to about 241 pounds now seeing myself not fit into any of my clothes and felt massively discouraged. Since getting home from college last week, I have been attempting intermittent fasting and going on 3 - 4 mile walks at a moderate speed daily. However the past two days I have not lost any weight. It might be because I am eating too little? I'm not quite sure but I read that eating too little calories is also a bad thing. Anyways I am sure you get this a lot on this subreddit but what can I do to healthily lose weight at a fast pace. I want to be dedicated and do it correctly without hurting myself. I feel really good at the moment mentally about what I am doing but (i know it might be stupid) but I want some numbers to change haha! for a 21 year old at 240 pounds, what should I be eating daily in calories. As I said, I think I have been quite under getting around 1500 calories for the past few days. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated. And feel free to ask questions haha!

As some bonus points I would love to hear some of your healthy meal plans daily. I am looking for things to do, especially smoothies haha
