Down 1st 1lb (15lb) solely dieting, Really struggling to start exercising...

6ft 23M HW: 17st10lb (248lb), CW: 16st9lb (233lb), GW: 14st (196lb). House husband here, very inactive life style especially now not taking my son out due to the bad weather...

Last month after weighing it at my heaviest (248lb) I finally sorted my self out and starting a pretty heavy diet (I aim for 1600 - 1800kcal) and its going pretty well, I used to be ridiculously active with my dad when I was a teenager my proudest moment was when I cycled a 70mile route, but getting into work and moving out killed the spark...

I've been trying to start exercising for the past 2 years and back in December - January i got back into jogging and it felt great but the heavy snow hit and i thought running in the snow can't be too bae, It was... it wiped muscles out in my legs that i didn't know i had and ending up recovering for 2 days and once I was better its was shit weather all the time and i just never got myself back out there...

so yeah I'm happy with my progress in weight but i just can't get myself to get out an exercise, i sit there all day and think about it but once my son is in bed and all my priorities are taken care of its almost like I'm a different person and either forget about it or have no motivation what so ever...

Is there anyone who really struggled to get moving again with any advice, i would really appreciate it...
