Female, age 25, weight 79kg, train 4 days a week. Im on 1500 calories which is a 500 deficit. Trying to lose 5% fat.
Im 3 weeks into my diet. I have lost 2 inches all over my body so what im doing is working which is great. Haven't lost any strength either so that's great. I have been doing 30 carb, 40 protein and 30 fat
What is becoming unbearable is the never ending hunger. All I want to do is stuff my face until im so full I can't move. All I think about is food. I eat a full balanced dinner, and after im done all I can think about is how i can't wait to eat breakfast in the morning. Why is my stomach still growling after eating a full meal?
An example of my day of eating is:
Breakfast - peice of wholemeal toast with PB and sliced banana
Snack - handful of grapes/high protein yogurt
Lunch - lasanga with zucchini slices instead of pasta and Turkey mince instead of beef. Lots of veggies.
Snack - hummus and carrot sticks
Dinner - meat with veggies/salad and sometimes a carb source
Will this ever stop. This week has defiently been the hardest and I want to give in so bad.
