Looking for some advice here. I currently take a couple of vitamins everyday but I feel like I’m missing something so I’m here with some questions.
Stats if it helps: 6ft4 Current weight: 156lbs Currently eating: at maintenance New plan starts: tomorrow (10th May) Goal weight: No idea. Aiming to lose fat and stay about this weight
Routine: 4 days lifting 2 days cardio 1 day stretching & yoga 15k steps a day
Now, to why you’re here:
1) what do you recommend for vitamins on a daily basis to cover all based? Multivitamins are ideal. 2) creatine. Yes? No? Benefits? Tablets? Shake? 3) preworkout. Yes? No? Benefits? Caffeine tablets vs liquid
