18/F/175cm. i’m currently about 75kg (maybe a bit less?). I’ve been going on long speed walks daily (6km) about 30min of cycling daily and eating healthier, reducing carbs and eating more proteins and avoiding snacking. So far I can feel a bit of a difference but i’m super paranoid about potential loose skin.
and i’m trying to get down to 65-60kg. I’m not sure if 10-15kg is enough to actually cause any loose skin but it makes me paranoid as fuck thinking about it. How does loose skin work? I’ve seen photos of other women who lose more weight than what I want but look fine in the end.
I remember once I lost about 10kg in a week due to illness but my body looked just fine considering the amount lost in such a short duration of time.
How much weight would someone typically have to lose to have noticeable loose skin?
