I think i have body dysmorphia. Should I continue to loose weight?

So I'm an 18 year old guy and I've been overweight pretty much most of my life. I was fat shamed by alot of my classmates and by my family although it was not as bad. At the end of year 12 I was 87.5 KG at 1.7m, one of the lost overweight people in my class. I have had alot of social anxiety because of my weight especially at talking to girls. So after I graduated high school I decided ok I will start to loose weight. In about a year I hav lost about 15kg (33 pounds).Due to a leg injury I was unable to workout But I gained 2-3 KG during covid. I still have chubby cheeks and quite a bit of belly fat I've yet to loose. Everytime I look in the mirror I think to myself that I'm still not as good as I look or I am still as ugly as I was in high school. I feel like i am only trying to loose weight to improve my looks. But my social skills are still very bad because I was focusing on loosing weight. I am 18 and never had any female friends. I am being treated better though. So basically what I am wondering is should I stop loosing weight but not stop exercising completely and try to improve my social skills (I am staring uni in a monthas a first year) or should I stick to my training program?
