So the way I see it, if I want 1 cheat day a week, it gives me something to look forward to, it gives me a guiding light, at 330 pounds, apparently 2500 calories a day would see me lose 2 pounds a week.
That means (yes I know this is a bad analogy and terrible to say) I could eat an 18 inch pizza, which equates to 2k calories a day for a week, and lose 2 pounds. Is that technically correct? (I know obviously this will have negative health risks and im not going to do that)
So when people say having a cheat day where you eat chinese, or wings ect doesn't make sense. How can it be a "cheat day" if the calories consumed are not above your daily limit? Also even if they went above by 500, does 1 day really matter? Someone clear this up for me because it's honestly confusing the absolute hell out of me haha.
