19m 220 poundsthe bmr thing says eat at least 2089 calories or something but i am too scared to eat too much accidentally, despite pretty much going vegan , avoiding all sugar, not eating carbs , and eating the smallest amount of sodium possible. I eat one filet of salmon ( a little over 800 calories) for lunch and I eat 2 vegan burgers (140 calories combined) with a side of green beans (31 calories) and will snack on an apple with peanut butter after lunch and the same thing after dinner per day (idk the calories) anyway will keeping this up be enough to lose weight or do i really need to do more , thanks
edit: forgot to mention that usually i have a meal then still feel hungry but now i dont , so does my body really need that much? i feel like im so fat that my body could survive with the amount of calories im getting
