I’m 15 (16 in 2 months), 200 or 201lbs, and I’m 5’11 - 6’1. My starting weight was 210lbs, and I’ve lost 10lbs in around 6-7 weeks.
I have a decent amount of chest fat that I want to lose. Although I think a contributing factor in where you lose fat is in your genetics, how much weight do you think I’ll have to lose before I can lose most of it? I’ve lost weight more around my stomach and I’m sorta shaped more like an hour glass. The might I’ve lost around my stomach probably made it worse without a shirt (not complaining tho) 😅
