Hey so i have done my first month of weightloss, and im motivated to get better, any help?
August 1:
Weight: 236 lbs
BMI: 33
Body fat: 32.4
Muscle mass: 65.2%
Bone mass: 3.4
- Before last month: 4-5 days a week i ate junkfood (a whole pizza, kebab, pasta) a bag of chips and chocolate every week. Now i eat it "only" 2 times a week.
-I walked 2 times a week for 30 minutes before, now i walk 1 to 2 hours everyday last month (about 13-15k average steps).
- Started eating fish once a week and lean meat and chicken with broccoli alot.
- cutted out half of my bread intake.
- Starting gym after i get my 2. shot vaccine late this month.
September 1:
Weight: 218 lbs
BMI: 30.5
Body fat: 26.9
Muscle mass: 69.5%
Bone mass: 3.6
