So glad I found this place.
Since my teenage years I've been pretty stuck in diet culture and been on quite a few crash diets or to slimmimg clubs.
I'm finally in my 30s and ready to make these lasting changes, my health has been a worry for a while and I'm totally ready to change that.
My mindset feels SO different starting this time instead of visual changes I want:
-To fit into plane and train seats comfortably -Make peace with food and eat smaller portions -Be able to do my workout regime with less resistance (i.e. moving my tummy in yoga) -Improve my back pain
I'm doing CICO and a few days in I'm not feeling restricted or like a punishment, more like relieved.
