Hi im 28 yrs old 5’6 and weight about 238 pounds
Starting tomorrow monday i have determined myself to go my very hardest at the gym for 90 days including weekends, im going to put my very essence into this, along with a healthy eating program im going be on assigned by a doctor himself.
I wanted to know any advice on how can i build a solid nice chest while in this process, im willing to do chest day twice a week if i must, i understand that in this process of cutting fat I’m going to lose some muscle but if i can at least get a presentable chest id be the happiest man, I’m so sick of this man boobs it can sure bring you down when you lift up your shirt.
