No gym - doubled in size

I was never overweight. 175cm and usual weight was 65-70 maximum. I hit the gym 3 years ago when I was 68kg to lose weight. I trained 3-4 times 2h a week there with some combi weight cardio program they calculated for me and went down to 57. I was happy and in a good place until my job turned into hell, I had to quit and within several months I gained 10kg (I ate just the way I used to eat before the gym happened. Not overeating or anything). With pandemic I bumped myself to 85kg stress and all.

Did I screw my metabolism up? Why do I gain even when I eat what I used to eat and still weigh under 70 before.
