How's it going I'm a 6'4 guy right now hovering around 188-190. I'm not considered overweight but I'd still like to get the number down a bit more. A few months back I started out at 205 and I'd consider 180-182lbs my ideal weight for feeling healthy and good about myself.
I'm a carpenter by trade working six days a week, most weeks. Calorie expenditure varies due to fitting a kitchen one day and then framing a roof another.
I went low carb and lost the first 10lbs (water weight) real quick. Its been 3 weeks since and its stalled.
I added IF to supplement a 1900-2200 intake (along with construction day-job) but it wont budge...I thought having a physical job would help too but not seeing it yet.
There's not much info I can find for weight loss while working in this field so I thought I'd ask you guys... am I taking in too many calories? Too little? Has it slowed because of how close to the goal I am??
Am I overestimating my calorie output and should instead treat as if I'm sedentary?
I tried dieting for a short time but I ended up miserable and hungry all the time. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks
