Website/app you suggest to accurately track losses and also help calculating. Tried WW but saw when double tracking to check that my calories were all over the place (too low, too high etc).

Hi all,

Honestly a bit frustrated. When I used the website MFP I went from 175 to 151 since April 2020 (excluding holiday stuff). Joined WW almost 2 months ago and it had me yo-yoing from 151-148. When I'd double track on MFP it was saying I was anywhere from 1100 to 1500 calories a day.

I'm not sure what my maintenance/deficit is now as the 1300 calories a day I was on was when I was at 175 for deficit.

I have about 12-15 pounds my doctor said to be at healthy BMI (137). But she also said muscle weighs more and that BMI is flawed.

Currently working out 3-4 days a week, usually YouTube videos that are aerobics/low impact HIIT and dancing/Zumba. Sometimes going out on walks/casual hikes too.

I could use some help because I'm not sure what best tracks that you've liked with results, but also figuring out what my maintenance vs deficit calories actually are now. MFP wasn't bad but I had a lot of glitches with it not entering/deleting, but maybe that's better now?

Thanks!
